The care taken during fermentation gives the wine a lively and persistent mousse and a ruby red color. The perfume is intense, fruity and fragrant. On the palate, it is winy, sweet and harmonious, very pleasant.

Il suo epicentro è nel comune di Castelvetro ma si è diffuso nei comuni limitrofi del modenese.
Di grappolo rado e graspo rosso, con foglie di dimensioni medie dal colore verde intenso, dà origine ad un vino dal colore rosso rubino vivace con orli violacei.
Tannico, con un corpo notevole.
