The wine:

Lambrusco Salamino
It is mainly produced in the north of the Province of Modena, starting from the area of Santa Croce in the commune of Carpi. It takes its name from the cylindrical or cylindrical/conical shape of the bunch.
It has deep green leaves, with pronounced veins.
The wine is bright red; it has good balance both in terms of acidity and structure, and is harmonious in flavor and in its floral and fruity aroma.
